Who I am

I’m a writer based in Indianapolis and my life is pretty ordinary in the ways that matter, morning routines, late‑night conversations, long drives across the Midwest, and that’s exactly where my stories begin. I’m drawn to the quiet moments where something shifts, where the familiar feels slightly off‑axis, where a crack in the world lets something stranger leak through.

My work blends emotional realism, cosmic unease, and a deep respect for the small details that make people feel real. I write about characters who carry their histories in the way they move through a room, who love fiercely, break honestly, and keep going even when the universe stops making sense. Mythology, death lore, and existential questions tend to find their way into my drafts, but always through a human lens.

When I’m not writing, I love reading, watching movies, playing ice hockey, adding to my Michael Crichton/Jurassic Park collection, and spending hours at a time thinking about the true meaning of human existence and reality.

If you’re here, I hope you find something that lingers.
